Ordering from InterGreet.com is fast & easy. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders can be placed online, by phone, fax or mail. Retailers can order by design or choose from our time saving assortments.

Easy to use online ordering – Simply create an online account for your company on your opening order or if you are a repeat customer login using your e-mail and password. You can then select items that you wish to order by category or keyword search.  Once you have added all the items or assortments that you wish to order to your shopping cart, you can check our using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Toll Free Phone Orders – You are welcome to call toll free 888-600-9354 and place your order over the phone Mon-Friday 9Am –5PM PST. If you get a voicemail it means all our lines are busy so leave a message and we will call you back promptly.

Order by Fax – You can fax your order to 714-956-8709. We will call you to let you know that we have received the faxed order.

Order by Mail - Print this order form or send your SKU’s and payment to PO Box 9830, Anaheim, CA, 92812. We will call you to let you know when we have received the order by mail.

Competitive Keystone Pricing  – Most products are sold at the retail price less 50% in wholesale units.

Wholesale Units – All products sold on InterGreet.com is sold in wholesale units per item. When ordering make sure that you are ordering by wholesale unit i.e 6 greeting cards of a design would be a qty of 1 & 12 greeting cards would be a qty of 2 in the shopping cart.

Greeting Cards – 1 wholesale unit = 6 cards (unless otherwise noted)

Boxed Greeting Cards – 1 wholesale unit = 6 boxes. There are 12 cards per box (unless otherwise noted)

Flat Wrap – 1 wholesale unit = 6 retail packs of 2 sheets per design.

Roll Wrap – 1 wholesale unit = 4 rolls of wrap per design.

Gift Bags – 1 wholesale unit = 6 bags per design per size.

Gift Tissue – 1 wholesale unit = 12 retail packs per color.

Ribbons & Bows – 1 wholesale unit = 12 ribbons or bows per color or design.

Gift Enclosure Cards – 1 wholesale unit = 12 gift enclosure cards per design.

Packaged Invitations – coming soon.

Party Supplies – coming soon.

Mylar Balloons – 1 wholesale unit = five (5) balloons per design.

No Minimum Order – There is no minimum order.

Payment Terms  – InterGreet require pre-payment for all orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover or you can mail in a check with a copy of your order. We do not ship C.O.D.

Purchase orders can be arranged for Fortune 500 & government corporate accounts with advance notice.

Fast Shipping & Turnaround – Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of orders. Shipping is F.O.B Anaheim CA & the cost is calculated in your shopping cart by the weight of the order vs your zip code. Orders that require displays or spinners may take 2-3 weeks. Most orders are shipped via UPS.

Substitutions – If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will call you to see if you would like to substitute the design with a similar product of if you would prefer to backorder the item.

Back Orders – items on backorder take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Once back in stock, there is no additional cost to ship the items to you.

Returns – Unopened everyday product may be returned for credit with fourteen (14) days of receipt. Seasonal products are not returnable. Goods damaged in shipping or manufacturers defects may be returned for credit within fourteen (14) days. A full refund for the product will be given but not for the cost of shipping unless due to an error on the part of InterGreet.com.

Displays & Spinners – Displays and spinners are available for purchase from InterGreet.com only with purchase of our greeting cards programs. We do not sell the displays only, nor do we ship displays internationally. Orders that contain displays or spinners may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

International Orders – we do not accept credit card payment for International orders. All International orders must be paid in advance by certified check or money order.
