Learn From the Pros - Don't hesitate to see what the leaders in your market segment are doing and to copy their ideas for your business. Spend some time in stores that you know are prospering to observe what they are doing that is different. What actions can you implement that will improve your results? Very rarely do we have to "reinvent the wheel". But we cannot expect excellent results from mediocre performance. Determine to be as good as, or better than, the market leaders.
